- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It should be unworn, unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

- To initiate a return, please contact us at info@melanrise.com. We will provide you with further instructions and the return shipping address. Please note that returns sent without prior notification may not be accepted.

- Once we receive your return and verify its condition, we will notify you of the approval and initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. please note the customer provides return shipping along with 10% return fees after approval.

- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items should be reported to us immediately upon receipt. Please inspect your order carefully and contact us right away, providing necessary details and images if applicable. We will promptly address the issue and make it right.

- Please be aware that certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, and hazardous materials. Sale items and gift cards are also non-refundable.and final sale items

- If you are located in the European Union, you have the additional right to cancel or return your order within 5 days, regardless of the reason. The item must meet the same return criteria mentioned above.
